First, after diving deep in your business to understand it, we'll develop a more strategic view of their business. You’ll have a strategic plan. If you don’t know where you’re going, you might get to places you don’t want to go. You wouldn’t take a vacation trip without knowing where you’re going, why would you run your business without a roadmap?
Second, everyone in the organization will have a number, which they are accountable and responsible for achieving. Everyone must be held accountable for results in the organization and the way of doing that is by first establishing measures. These will be aligned with the Vision of the organization.
Finally, I’ll work with you to document work processes. This sounds simple, but I’ve found it is the most difficult for a business owner and his/her team to do. Documented processes are critical to running your business efficiently for the long term. What would happen today if your best person left? Could you onboard someone quickly with documented processes? Most small business owners neglect this step and when something happens they’re lost.

My role is to ask you the questions that you already know the answer to. You just haven’t had the time to ask and answer yourself these questions. A business owner is caught up in the running of the business and very seldom takes the time to get his/her head above the “whirlwind” and ask questions about the business and how to grow it for long term profitable growth.
